Sweet Potato Chips

A simple and tasty snack or side dish.

Time: 5 min prep, 40 min cook         Serves: 4


  • 1 1/4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8 inch slices
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • salt to taste

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Rinse potato slices & pat dry. Combine last 4 ingredients & mix well. Add potato slices and toss to coat. Place potatoes on foil lined cookie sheets. Pour any remaining liquid over top. Cover & seal. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tender.
  • Turn heat up to 425F. Uncover potatoes. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until beginning to crisp & brown.
