Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic

My sister & I got this dish last week from a local gourmet market’s counter. It was good but a bit too oily for our tastes. I tried it at home, with control over the oil this is just right!

Time: 5min prep, 30min cook       Serves: 4


  • 1 head cauliflower, broken/cut into floret pieces
  • 12 cloves garlic, peeled
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • sea salt & black pepper (freshly ground), to taste

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Arrange cauliflower pieces and garlic on a baking sheet or glass pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and flip. Place back in oven for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
